Talo Dam: Recent News Dam's Dangers Debunked           DJENNE, MALI MAY 12, 2009. To the dismay of many, the long-time perceived danger of the Talo Dam has been shown to be unwarranted.           Bagouro Noumanzana, a well-known local politician insisted the Dam's dangers in order to strengthen his effort to be elected to the National Assembly.           The ploy did not work.
